Payment Methods

We currently support Credit Card (supported by Shopify Payments) and PayPal payments. Other payment methods (supported by Shopify Payments) include Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and iDEAL, depending on different countries. For example, iDEAL is only available in the Netherlands. Clients can also shop now, pay later via Klarna. 

When you place an order at VAXLAMP website with PayPal or Klarna, you will be redirected to the PayPal or Klarna payment page where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your username and password. 

 

If your payment fails, please check if you have followed these requirements:

- All payment information is correct, the same as what the bank has on file.

- Your card must be a Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

- You card has appropriate funds available.

- You can try using a different card or contact your bank if the payment is still declined.
