VAXLAMP provides a one-year manufacturer limited warranty on our light fixtures.

Application

This limited manufacturer guarantee is applicable to all lighting fixtures (purchased from VAXLAMP.com) from the date of order paid.

 

Who and What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the light fixture. All warranties, including those implied, are valid only for the period in which the light fixture is owned by the original purchaser.
We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you.

 

What Is Not Covered by This Warranty？

This limited warranty does not apply to any loss of or damage to the lighting product caused by: improper handling; inappropriate installation, placement, or maintenance; destruction by fire or force majeure; vandalism; conflicts; corrosive environment; induced vibrations; airflow movement around the product; modification; failure to follow installation, operation, maintenance, or environmental instructions.

 

Warranty Claim

In the event of a defect and to benefit from this limited guarantee, you must provide VAXLAMP with proof of the original purchase date. Proof of a defect and any claims must be sent to the email address info@vaxlamp.com. VAXLAMP will replace (if applicable) and send you new parts or new product.

Replaced light fixture are covered by the same limited warranty as the original light. If you receive a replaced light fixture, the warranty period of the replaced light starts from the date of purchase of the original lighting fixture.
