Quality is ok. Installation is not difficult. I was a bit confused about the use of the remote. The great thing was that they provided a swift response and sent me the correct steps to make the remote work.
I purchased this wood chandelier type B. After a couple of weeks I received a type C chandelier along with a completely unrelated item that I did not order. Although the correct item was later shipped, I got a call from someone in PA asking me to ship their item, out of my pocket and ask for a reimbursement with Vaxlamp...she was instructed by this unprofessional company to reach out to me directly and "figure it out". My personal data was shared and when I chatted with them the person said that if I ship the item to the person in PA they would give me a 10% refund in my order...wow. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The Item that I purchased looks cheap and the color is not as shown in the picture. A total fiasco

1. It was our mistake that our warehouse sent you the wrong type of lamp (same shape, but design is a bit different). However, we immediately sent you the lamp in the correct type after your confirmation. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the lamp, we would have been very happy to refund the full amount instead of sending you a new lamp. However, you did not say anything about quality during our whole communication process.
2. On the same day, our shipping agent sent you another client's feather floor lamp by mistake. It was also delivered in the same country. That is why we could provide a 10% refund plus shipping cost if you could help forward the feather floor lamp to our another client. It was our negligence that we let another customer contact you about the package before your response. We are sorry for that, but did not intend to expose your personal information.
However, you did not return the feather floor lamp to that client finally.
Although it was our mistake from the beginning, we did try to fix these issues. And actually, you received three lights from us!

I really like these chandeliers, they look amazing. The assembly is a lot of work and time consuming but I didn't mind it. Customer service was very helpful.

I am so happy with this lamp. It was definitely expensive, but is the statement piece of the room. I purchased the 180cm tall one. Exceptionally easy to put together. Came with Australian electrical fittings all intact. Ostrich feathers are superb quality. The nodules you stick each feather into are movable so you alter the direction slightly of each feather to get it exactly as you like it. Lighting colour provides three options. My picture are showing the “warm white” globe option.
I ummed and arhhhhed on colour. Wanting off white and concerned the pale apricot would throw too much peachy colour. Not so. It really is like a “soft off white” if you prefer that to the stark white option.
Postage was super quick. About 6 days to get to me in Australia. Packaging was second to none.
The photos shown are 1 hour after I put it together, so I imagine the feathers will settle a little.
Beautiful light above dining table. Installation was easy, only screws were very small, and instructions for use were missing. But I like the lamp.
