Love the design of the lamp itself and its adjustable position. However, we find the dimmed and warm version of the light not dimmed and warm enough. Also not sure if the LED can be replaced by a more dimmable and warmer version.
I’m really happy with my purchase; initially I had a problem where I wasn’t expecting the light to change colour every time it was turned on and off (I assumed it would be selectable). I contacted support who were very responsive and helpful. They sent out a replacement LED that I was able to fit. The light is perfect now. I would highly recommend.
I did hear back from Cathy, who was very supportive.
We now have the light up and running and able to operate it with the remote (we don't have a wall switch to turn it on & off).

It’s nice but the wood finish isn’t as advertised. It’s 4 small pieces down instead of 2 larger ones; which makes it looks like a bamboo cutting board. But it works well and provides a lot of light
